Booked a phone appointment last week for today as I need a review of tablets and they run out tomorrow.... waited all day for a call, still waiting so thought I'd call the surgery to make sure the doctor hadn't missed me only to hear the telephone message 'the surgery is now closed for staff training'. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪In my comparatively limited Experience (lucky to have my health), they are terrible at answering the phone, following up on messages left and hitting appointment times.
