- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I found that Mr Al-Hashemi provides an astonishingly fast, efficient and confidence-inspiring service. I did not expect my tooth extraction to be straightforward; one of the roots was long, curved and reached into the nearby sinus. Despite this, I was in the chair for only a few minutes, with no real discomfort or pain, before the entire tooth was out with no fragments left behind.
